on behalf of Synod’s “Forward Together in Faith” campaign, 
Bishop Burkat was presented with a gift basket of “German Goodies”.

After the worship service, we celebrated with a reception that included a champagne toast (or sparkling water) as well as a selection of quality nibbles and fine treats. |

Between the two celebrations of our 225th Anniversary
(September 17 and October 29), there are exactly 41 days.
Every member and friend of the congregation is asked to pray for
40 days for our members and friends, for our blessings,
for God’s leading, for our future, and more.
(The extra day will be a make-up day.)
